Tree Pits in Miami

Chameleon Ways has been involved in an exciting project with the city of Miami Beach, parks and recreation department greenspace management division.

Tree pits have traditionally been installed with concrete or cast-iron surrounds, but these have been susceptible to becoming traps for trash and cigarette butts as well as damage by root growth.

In an effort to find a neat and permanent solution, we have been assisting Rhonda Gracie, landscape projects coordinator, with trials of AddaPave.
